So that updates can go out to the growing community about research findings and items of specific interest, The HotLine Magazine has established a mailing list.  Currently, the list is used no more than once per month, although that may change in the coming months as the volume of content continues to grow. You will always have the option of unsubscribing at any time if your interests change.  The list will not be given to anyone else.

To allow for specialized mailings, there are two options that may be selected, The Customer Success Management List (CSML) and The SaaS Customer Support List.

The Customer Success Management List will be used for publishing interim reports from the ongoing CSMI research and for other news of interest to the CSM community.

The work of The SaaS & Support Project is continuing, and The SaaS Customer Support List will be the conduit for news and information about the changes to the profession and practice of Customer Support in the SaaS/Cloud era.

To join either or both of these lists, you’ll need to either join The HotLine Magazine as at least a (free) Associate Member, or just sign up here for only the mailing list.  If you’re already a member of The HotLine Magazine, then log in and update your Member Profile.
